Overview

As the essential retail business, various assortments became one of T&T Supermarket's specialty. So far, we've operated over 10,000 stocks keeping units online with continuous growth. 

Goals

Users: Easy finding the daily essentials and having an engaging way to explore 
E-commerce Operators:  rich product display and understandable system to simplified the routine work
Product: Maintain the backend logic and control the development cost

Research

The E-commerce front-end team is cooperating with 10 merchandise departments to work on regrouping and redesigning the categories' menu. We have done the competitor's analysis and dug the sales together to find out a better solution for our users.
 

For Easily Operated:  establish the resident modules 
1. For those routine works, for example, new arrivals, seasonal products, we create the modules, automatically display the product if we uploaded the relative products on the backend

For Easily Finding the products:  More display entrance and  fixed navigation bar
2. For those who have a lot of sub-categories and thrid-categories, we create more entrances on the homepage
